Makes: 2-4 servings Active Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Ingredients   4 medium sweet potatoes   1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed   2 medium tomatoes, diced   1 tablespoon coconut oil   1 teaspoon ground cumin   1 teaspoon ground coriander   3⁄4 teaspoon salt   1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt   1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Preparation 1.
